Look what I found hiding under my Christmas tree….

(please ignore my XXXXXL sweatpants I have on)

…a surprise holiday package from my Blogger Secret Santa—the wonderful Miss Christie!

You should have seen how fast I ripped open this box, and was so excited when I saw what was inside—including some goodies on my Foods to Try in 2009 list!

From left to right, posing nicely in front of the fireplace:

 Tazo Chai Organic Spiced Black Tea

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter (!!)

Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels (reminded me of my Vegan Dark Chocolate Brownies with Sea Salt…yum)

Hugo Naturals Handcrafted Soap

Organic Maca Powder (!!)

Trader Joe’s 100 Calorie 70% Dark Chocolate Bars

+++

Christie, I cannot thank you enough, I absolutely loved how thoughtful (and delicious!) all of your gifts were :)

Also a big thank you to Heather and Danielle for organizing the Blogger Secret Santa!

How are you exchanging gifts with friends this year?  Secret Santa? Gift trades? Donating to charities?

    I love Tazo chai! Great with a splash of milk and honey.

    What is the maca powder for? I’ve heard of it, but I’m not all that familiar with it. I am intrigued. (Love your blog BTW!)

      thanks Ashley, i love your blog too! The maca powder was supposedly used by Incan warriors for endurance so it’s a great pre-workout supplement, and there are a ton of other benefits (if you click on the link i provided it should give some more info!) hope that helps!

    One of my friends for life and I have decided to start being “pen pals” in 2010…she lives in Florida and I live in Virginia. Both of us dislike keeping touch with people by phone, so we’re going to write real letters to each other! :) I can’t wait!
