One of my friends for life and I have decided to start being “pen pals” in 2010…she lives in Florida and I live in Virginia. Both of us dislike keeping touch with people by phone, so we’re going to write real letters to each other! I can’t wait!

thanks Ashley, i love your blog too! The maca powder was supposedly used by Incan warriors for endurance so it’s a great pre-workout supplement, and there are a ton of other benefits (if you click on the link i provided it should give some more info!) hope that helps!
