Part of my job is to keep up to date with all the latest health and wellness trends on a daily basis (did I mention I love what I do!?)
There is so much information out there that it can be hard to dispel fact from fiction, or even know where to begin looking! So I’ve decided to start a new Simply Savor feature called Stay Fresh! Happy Wednesday! Hope the sun is shining wherever you are

loooove this, Kristen! I heard about Starbucks testing BIGGER coffee sizes. This is going to be a big problemo for my coffee addiction because they’re only testing it with iced coffee (and iced tea, i think) and during the summer, i can’t resist giant iced coffees haha
Oooh, that raspberry-chocolate cake recipe is officially bookmarked! Thanks for sharing.
And I LOVE that you listed 1000 Awesome Things too – I check this site every day for a morning “awesome” boost!!
Great idea, Kristen! And you are right, there is information overload out there. It’s hard to figure out what to pay attention to, what to ignore, what to read, delete, etc. I really appreciate this. Thanks!
I can’t argue with a bigger starbucks size… if only that didn’t mean a bigger price tag too
